Our courier will leave a delivery notification. You can arrange a re-delivery or collect from the nearest collection point listed on the notification card.

We process orders quickly — please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to modify it.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

We are so sorry to hear that. Please email us a photo of the damaged item and your order number within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund right away.
