We ship our products to you via a courier delivery service.
At times when the courier service is overloaded, we will dispatch the items via postal service. Once the items are dispatched, we will notify you via email / SMS / Facebook messenger for you to track the delivery.
You can track the status of your order on your Account Page.
If you have selected Registered Postage, you will receive an email with order and tracking information once your order has been shipped. You can then use the tracking number to track your parcel location.
If your item arrived damaged or you received the incorrect item, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Request for a replacement by contacting us on Live Chat (Bottom-right corner of the webpage) or send us an email at hello@stateofmatters.com
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
